  • Dr. Ode had performed a revision total shoulder replacement, March 2023. I had a hx of Lyme Disease. It had been my 4th shoulder surgery. By the time I met with Dr. Ode I had been in pain and struggling for 4 years. Dr. Ode provided a diagnosis and fully explained the cause and the treatment. She took her time, listened, was patient and answered all my questions. She also could see that I was anxious and concerned. Before she left the examination, she looked at me and said “We are going to help you get through this”. This acknowledgement was an important component in my treatment. I felt relieved and confident and entered the surgery with faith in Dr. Ode, and, as a result, in my healing. My shoulder is fine now. It is also important to mention that Dr. Ode’s staff are courteous, professional, and helpful. A big shoutout to Hector, Office Manager, thank you! They are a great team.
